I have found many people need help with their resiliency. Resilience is the ability to not just bounce back, but to handle each situation with grace, thought, and less confusion or pain. The skills I teach, give you the tools to make decisions, handle problems and in some cases, stop problems from ever happening.
Emotional FitnessThese skills also help you on the emotional level as you learn to understand what happens in your heart and mind. When you understand yourself, you can break out of the bad habits we all develop as we go through life. I practice a wholistic approach, addressing all facets of your life.

Throughout my career, one of my primary duties was to ensure I and the soldiers that worked for me maintained a high level of physical fitness. Using that knowledge, studying with various trainers, going through military schools and doing independent research, I’ve learned the best ways to train a variety of bodies.
Self DefenseOne of the most important life changing jobs for me was being a Drill Sergeant. I was responsible for the mental, emotional, and physical health of my soldiers. I taught the skills mentioned above, but I also ensured they were capable during combat. I have learned a mixture of several different martial arts including: jujitsu, judo, kickboxing, boxing and wrestling.

Every day an average of 22 veterans commit suicide
This is something I believe in strongly. I hope to bring some light, some relief and awareness to all of us who struggle each day.
Each day an average of 22 veterans commit suicide. Lost in pain, grief or a life they can no longer relate to, they search and find a surcease from pain in oblivion. |
We need to learn how to see and recognize when someone is losing their way in life. We should be able to listen, to act or just be there.
I want them and you to know, there is another way. I want them to know I am willing to fight the demons, the memories and the loss with them. I hope to be share some words or time so they can find their footing and be all they can be again. |
